The Government of West Bengal vide notification no: IR/3C-04/2015 has introduced a scheme for receiving the online applications for registration of shop and commercial establishment under West Bengal Shops And Commercial Establishments Act, 1963 and Trade License from Municipal Corporation in a single form. A single registration certificate for the aforesaid two services will be granted after payment of the requisite fees. Please refer to the notification for more details
