Enforcement Of Guidelines For Assessing Environmental Compensation For Discharging Untreated Sewage In Jammu And Kashmir

The Jammu and Kashmir Pollution Control Board, vide notification no. 121-JKPCB of 2020 in consultation with the Technical Advisory Committee constituted by the board has framed guidelines for levying environmental compensation for small scale Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) as used in many commercial establishments like Hotels / Hostels / Banquet Halls / Convention Centres / Circuit Houses / Dak Bungalows / Commercial Establishments / Shopping Malls / Educational Institutions. Please refer to the notification for details
