Extension Of Exemption Granted To Healthcare Facilities From Depositing Back Fee In Rajasthan

Rajasthan Pollution Control Board vide notification no. F.16 (Gen-43) RPCB/BMW 218-259 has decided to extent the exemption from depositing back fee (gap period fee for operation without authorization/consent) by the Health Care Facilities. They shall continue to be applicable for authorization/consent applications received on or before 31st December 2021. Please refer to the notification for more details
