OSPCB Revises Time Limit For Disposal Of Application For Registration Or Renewal Under E-Waste Management Rules, 2016

Odisha State Pollution Control Board, vide Notification no. 9761/IND-IV-PQ-Misc-93, considering the necessity of faster disposal of registration or renewal application in order to regulate the management of plastic waste in Odisha, the time limit for disposal of application for authorization or renewal under E-Waste Management Rules, 2016 has now been fixed as 90 days with effect from the date of receipt of online applications complete in all respect against the statutory period of 120 days. Please refer to the notification for more details
