Permission For Establishing And Operation Of Life Saving Oxygen Gas Plants In The State Of Uttar Pradesh
Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board vide notification no. G-35356/Gen-24/Admin/2021, has taken the decision to grant permission for establishing and operation of life-saving oxygen gas plants in the state of Uttar Pradesh. For ensuring the adequate supply of oxygen in the shortest period and considering it as a topmost priority under the prevailing conditions of Covid-19 UP PCB has taken the decision that any new/existing industrial unit in compatible land use may set up Oxygen Gas production capacity by making application for CTE And CTO on Nivesh Mitra Portal at "https://niveshmitra.up.nic.in". This order comes into effect from 1st May 2021 and will be in force till 30th September 2021. Please refer the notification for more details
