Time Limit to Avail the Comp Off Within ninety days from the day on which he so worked on which he so works.
Notice to Labour Inspector in case of working on Holidays Notice must be sent to the Labour Inspector in case an employee is made to work on a holiday
Any other Forms to be maintained/submitted -
Penal Consequences Punishable with fine which for first offense, may extend to Rs.150/- and for a second and subsequent offense may extend to Rs. 750/- Section 9

Provision if worked on NH/FH(Double the Wages/ Comp off) Sec 31 If he required to work on any such compensatory holiday; he shall be paid additional wages at the ordinary rate of wages in lieu of such holiday. Sec 32 be paid at a rate equivalent to the daily average of his wages for the days on which he actually worked.
Time Limit to Avail the Comp Off Compensatory holiday with wages shall be allowed to such person within thirty days from the date of such holiday;
Notice to Labour Inspector in case of working on Holidays Not Required
Any other Forms to be maintained/submitted -
