Festival Holidays	5	He may select, not exceeding 5 in number in any one year
Total Number of National & Festival Holidays in a year	9
Provision if worked on NH/FH (Double the Wages/ Comp off)	(a) twice the wages; or (b) wages for such day and to avail himself of a substituted holiday with wages
Time Limit to Avail the Comp Off	on one of the three days immediately before or after the day on which he so works.
Notice to Labour Inspector in case of working on Holidays	Notice must be sent to the Labour Inspector in case an employee is made to work on a holiday
Any other Forms to be maintained/submitted	-
Penal Consequences	Punishable with fine which for the first offence which may extend to Rs. 5000/- and for the second and subsequent offences fine may extend to Rs. 1000/- Section 8
