The Government of India, vide Notification S.O. 1427(E), implemented the provisions towards Chapter IV (Contribution), Chapter V (Benefits), and Chapter VI (Adjudication of Disputes and Claims) of The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (ESI Act) effective from 1st April 2023, in Kanchipuram, Tirupattur, Tiruvannamalai, Viluppuram, and Kallakurichi districts, in the State of Tamil Nadu.
