The Government of Tamil Nadu, vide Notification No. II(2)/LWSD/174(a)/2023, allowed all establishments, under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947, to remain open throughout the year for a further period of three years with effect from 23rd March 2023, subject to the prescribed conditions.
