The Ministry of Labour and Employment Vide S.O. 2697(E), has appointed EPFO officers (CPFC, Addl. CPFC, RPFC, Asst. PFC, and Enforcement Officers) as Inspector-cum-Facilitators for the purposes of Chapter III of the Code on Social Security, 2020, with jurisdiction over the whole of India, superseding earlier notifications of 2009 and 2023.
