As per notification No-5/ M.W.- 40-16/202 1 L&R- 2847, Government of Bihar has released Minimum Wages for the state of Bihar effective from 1st October 2021
The Government of Tamil Nadu vide notification no.Letter No. 17048/J1/2021-2 has declared paid holiday for 1st phase of election which will be held on 6th October 2021 (Wednesday) and the second phase of ordinary election in Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu, Vellore, Ranipet, Tirupathur, Villupuram, Kallakurichi, Tirunelveli and Tenkasi along with casual election to rural local bodies in other twenty-eight districts which will be held on 9th October 2021 (Saturday). Therefore, employers are directed to declare paid holiday on the polling day 6th October 2021 and 9th October 2021 to allow employees to cast their vote for Gram Panchayat elections in the state of Tamil Nadu. The Government of Telangana vide. Government order GO.Rt.No.2191 dated 27th September 2021 due to the incessant rains and imminent forecast of heavy rains in Telangana State because of "Gulab" cyclone, has declared holiday to all Government offices, private institutions, schools and all educational institutions on 28th September 2021. However all Departments and staff related to relief and provision of emergency/essential services shall continue to be fully functional. Please refer notification for more details
The Government of Himachal Pradesh vide notification No. Shram(A)3-9/2021 has amended the provision towards financial assistance for education of the children to the members of the Fund. The amendment also include provisions towards benefit scheme such as female birth gift scheme, mentally retarded children benefit scheme, window pension, hostel facility scheme, mukhyamantri awas yojna.
